Vidal: How are you feeling, Miss Doe? Can I get you anything?

[ JD shakes their head. ]

Vidal: First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for the work you did today. I know you were put in a difficult position, but... you've helped us greatly.

Vidal: Can you answer a few questions for me? You won't have to talk if you don't want to.

[ Vidal gestures to the clipboard and pen in front of JD. They stare at it, then slowly pick up the pen. They nod. ]

Vidal: Thank you. This shouldn't take up too much of your time.
